Ontario Hop Growers' Association The OHGA is a not-for-profit association of hop growers, families and enthusiasts who are interested in supporting the growth of the hop industry in Ontario.
For those hop growers that also like to brew, here is something you might be interested in attending.
OCB is offering a new series of technical seminars for the craft brewing community. Dubbed Tech Talks, the interactive lectures will feature invited speakers presenting on selected topics of interest, followed by a question and answer session.
OCB Tech Talks will be presented monthly to bi-monthly (frequency may vary). Participants can take part in these seminars in person, or online.
The first Tech Talk took place on Friday, November 29 at 1 p.m. EST at Black Oak Brewing. Noted expert George Agius discussed Fundamentals of Detergents and Sanitizers. After a break for the holidays, Tech Talks will resume in January 2014.
